How do I get a proof of delivery (POD)?
There are two ways of getting a POD. Firstly you can log into the customer area to see all of your PODs. Alternatively for single consignments you can use the ‘Track Your Parcel’ form. If you are having difficulties obtaining your POD using either of the above methods please contact us. 

What are the advantages of registering so I can log in via ’My APC’?
If you are a regular user of APC services you may find it helpful to register so that you can see several PODs at one time, for example all deliveries on a specific day, instead of having to type in the consignment information each time you send a job.

Opening an Account

There are five easy steps to take when opening an account with our depot. You take the first, then leave the rest to us.

Once your account is open, you can schedule collections, book and track your deliveries online and check who has signed for your parcels.

  1. Open an account by calling our depot.  Our team will advise you on pricing and all of our services.
  2. We’ll assign you to an account manager and agree a collection time and start date with you.
  3. We’ll set up your software integration, enabling automated delivery bookings and remote printing of labels and manifests, using your order management and warehouse systems.  Data is only entered once and used throughout the process, saving you time and money.
  4. Once your account is open, we’ll show you how our technology gives you real time information on the progress of your delivery, how to track deliveries online and check who has signed for your parcels.
  5. Then, we’ll schedule a review to ensure everything is going smoothly.
